You can set a specific date to be added to an hours entry and generate your own hours reports. Get more details about each of the hours items listed on the time sheet.

2025 COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS (download the list here)
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS: Always remember to let SANDY BURNER-CAVE know at least five days before the upcoming meeting if you will be attending the next monthly meeting. Text her at 540-331-0888.
IMPORTANT: If you are an Associate and want to attend the meeting, but you do not want to eat, you do not have to eat/pay for a meal. You are NOT required to notify her if you do not plan to eat when you attend the meeting.
The Fort Valley Ruritan Club regularly meets at the Fort Valley Fire Hall every month on the Second Monday, at 7:00 pm. The June meeting is held as a picnic dinner and the December meeting is the annual Christmas Dinner.
